LA PALESTRA operates the 40,000 square foot athletic club and spa and provides customized fitness training to its members. Features include state-of-the-art training equipment, dedicated Pilates, Yoga and Kinesis studios, a 75-foot indoor pool, a two-level rock-climbing wall and multiple sporting venues. Spa services, including massage therapy and acupuncture, are provided in private treatment rooms. LA PALESTRA also features ladies’ and gentlemen’s steam and sauna rooms and a whirlpool.
